7TH INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA (IDY) - VIRTUAL LECTURE ON 21ST JUNE, 2021

Dr. Ajay Kumar Shastri, Professor, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi will deliver a lecture virtually on the topic “Karein Yog Bhagaayein Rog” on 21st June, 2021 (Monday) from 03:00 pm to 04:00 pm.

Dr Shastri has more than 20 years experience in this field and has done BA (MDU, Rohtak), MA (Haridwar, Uttarakhand), Dyed (Pune), Doctor of NATURPATHY (Delhi), Doctor of Acupressure (Chandigarh) and PhD (Meerut University).

7th International Day of Yoga (IDY) is on 21.06.2021. The theme of IDY 2021 is “Yoga for Wellness”.
