Dr. Amit Kumar Rai visited the Russian Academy of Science, Moscow.

Dr. Amit Kumar Rai, Scientist-D, NABI, visited the Russian Academy of Science, Moscow, and attended "Forum of Young Scholars of the countries of Greater Eurasia", during November 1-4, 2023. He was nominated by the President, Indian National Science Academy (INSA), to be the part of an Indian delegation of three-members. Dr. Amit delivered a talk on "Foodomics a frontier to translate traditional fermented foods into functional foods of multifarious health benefits". The representatives of national academies of 25 nations participated in the event.
