NABI congratulates Dr. Tushar Matta on receiving the prestigious Dr. Gregor Reid Award 2026

BRIC–NABI congratulates Dr. Tushar Matta on receiving the prestigious Dr. Gregor Reid Award 2026 for Outstanding Scholars from Developing Nations, conferred by the International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP), for his research on the Gut–Brain Axis. Dr. Tushar completed his PhD under the supervision of Dr. Kanthi Kiran Kondepudi at BRIC–NABI, with his work focusing on the identification and characterization of GABA-producing bacterial strains that modulate the gut–brain axis.
