Aman Sharma, PhD Scholar under the supervision of Dr. Shivraj Nile has been awarded Best Poster Award at SFEC ICTRE 2026, NIPER Mohali

Mr. Aman Sharma has been awarded the Best Poster Award at the NIPER International Conference SFEC–ICTRE 2026, organized by the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Mohali. He presented his research work titled “Utilization of Citrus Biowaste through Pharmacoinformatic and Green Extraction Approaches to Develop Polymethoxyflavones-rich Extract Targeting Xanthine Oxidase in Gouty Arthritis” which focuses on valorizing citrus agro-industrial waste through a pharmacoinformatics-guided strategy combined with green extraction technologies to obtain polymethoxyflavone-rich extracts with therapeutic potential against gout and hyperuricemia. Aman Sharma is currently pursuing his PhD under the mentorship of Dr. Shivraj Nile.
