NABI-CIAB organized one day national meeting of science oriented Social Organizations on 14-09-2018.
National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI) and Center of Innovative and Applied Bioprocessing (CIAB), Mohali jointly organized one day national meet of science oriented Social Organizations on September 14, 2018. Meeting was organized by the Vibha-Vani Chapter of Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh under one of the programs of Indian International Science festival (IISF) and VIBHA-2018.
Dr. T. R. Sharma, Executive Director - NABI and Chief Executive Officer- CIAB was the chief guest on the occasion and delivered inaugural talk. He presented the overview of research activities being done in NABI & CIAB. He has also highlighted the importance of such events for societal benefit and national growth. The event was attended by about 100 NGOs from Haryana, Punjab & Himachal Pradesh. The representatives from these NGOs also presented their work and related experiences and enthusiastically interacted with Dr. Sunil Chaturvedi, National Coordinator, Vibha-Vani, Indore and Dr. Roshan Lal, Member, Vibha-Vani.
